Your primary focus will be supporting Gynae, Breast, and Maternity Theatres. This varied and engaging role is crucial in ensuring that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver an excellent patient experience at every stage of care. Knowledge of Women's Health is desirable but not essential. Experience in supporting junior staff and students as a practice supervisor or assessor would be an advantage.
