Step into a leadership role at one of the UKs most iconic attractions. The Blackpool Tower is currently on the lookout for a Guest Experience Supervisor!
In this multi-faceted role, most importantly youll be improving and delivering our guest experience. Youll manage and take the lead with the safe daily operation of our attractions. Working closely with the Guest Experience Manager youll support with the strategic direction and development of the business as part of the attraction management team. Youll also consistently deliver brand proposition in terms of customer service, entertainments programmes and safe working environments.
Youll manage a team and ensure the attraction operates safely and that onsite operational procedures are continually up to standard. Youll make sure the attraction is clean and well-presented and empower and lead the attractions departments to maximise sales and deliver excellent guest service. Youll also recruit, train and coach your team to be their very best and ensure that rosters and staffing levels are appropriate.
