You will take on a high-quality practice spanning the full corporate insurance remit including M&A, SPVs, re-domiciliation, capital raising and regulatory matters. Requirements Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa). Previous experience of corporate insurance work, or a demonstrable interest in moving into this sector, is essential.
