Description
As an Audit RI, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality Audit and Accounts services, offering the opportunity to leverage your expertise across two key areas and enabling you to deliver comprehensive financial insights and ensure regulatory compliance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & Accounts Leadership:
• Act as a Responsible Individual (RI) for audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage audit teams, overseeing planning, execution, and finalization of audits in line with firm and professional standards.
• Ensure audits are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
• Oversee and review preparation of financial accounts, working with clients on year-end accounts and tax compliance.
• Ensure that accounts comply with accounting standards, delivering added value and financial insight to support clients' business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial reporting and accountancy practices.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Support client retention and growth, identifying opportunities for additional services.
3. Client Growth & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client portfolio, contributing to the firm's organic growth objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies for client growth, including cross-selling additional services, generating referrals, and building a robust network within the business community.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to identify areas where additional services can be offered to clients, enhancing overall client satisfaction and engagement.
• Represent Xeinadin at industry events and networking functions to elevate the firm's presence and attract prospective clients.
4. Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
• Monitor audit and accounts processes to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate any risks associated with client engagements.
• Work closely with the wider Xeinadin Audit team to uphold firm standards and improve processes where necessary.
5. Team Development & Leadership:
• Manage, mentor, and train colleagues within the Audit & Accounts team, providing guidance on technical and professional development.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture within the team.
Key Requirements
1. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
2. Audit Responsible Individual (RI) status, or ability to achieve this within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Proven experience in audit and accounts within a professional services firm.
4. Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
5. Exceptional technical audit and accountancy knowledge.
6. Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
7. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
