Integral UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 76 Southbank, a striking redeveloped office building located along the River Thames in London's vibrant Southbank.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Work within Integral's Safe Systems of Work.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
* Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
* Proactively engage with the technology on site to maintain the best possible environment for the occupiers.
* Produce technical and situational reports as required.
* Proactively use the technology systems given to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
* Be fully engaged with your training program.
* Provide first line out of hours call out for the site.
* Write activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timely.
* Assist the management team to produce quotations by providing accurate information where extra works are identified.
* Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
* Provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time.
* Ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
* Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed.
* Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager as soon as noticed.
* Manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on site.
* Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and your own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
* Ensure that all materials and equipment are handled, stored and used in accordance with relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
* Actively participate in health and safety processes required under Company policies and procedures, including accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments and auditing.
* Follow any other reasonable instruction from the Supervisor or Line Managers.
* Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.
Experience and Qualifications
* Recognised apprenticeship, C&G level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline.
* Previous maintenance experience.
* Single Site experience is preferred.

* Overtime x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays.
* Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays.
