As a Sales Advisor based in Melton Mowbry you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products. Answering customer enquiries via phone/email with a friendly and proactive attitude. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away feeder deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard. Assisting with general office duties and following up on customer quotes. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a beneficial Computer literate with confidence learning and using new systems Great team player with a willingness to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role. This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm and every other Saturday morning 8am - 12noon pair at overtime. Also, did we mention?
