Disability Services is a large and diverse service of over 5000 colleagues based in England and Wales and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to fill one key senior leadership role to support the delivery of our services. This is a high profile and business critical role.
Disability Services is responsible for delivering services to millions of disabled customers across a product portfolio made up of Personal Independence Payment, Access to Work, Disability Living Allowance and Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.

Disability Services Products Lead, taking forward and driving the continuous improvement agenda across PIP.
The post holder will help to successfully land change, providing a high calibre service in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Requirements of the role
* Develop sound working relationships, engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, co-ordinate, facilitate and lead the development and progress of options and solutions Passion and experience working within a compliance, continuous improvement and Service Assurance role.
* Lead, develop and improve the Fraud agenda across Disability Services.
* Well-developed planning and organisation skills, often working to very tight deadlines; the ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative with very limited support.
* Draft succinct, comprehensive, well-informed communications products to a high quality with clearly defined options and well thought out recommendations for consideration by senior management you will need to be able to do this work independently.
* Leading and facilitating meetings and workshops to drive the quality, compliance and continuous improvement agenda.
* A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent drafting/briefing skills and strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver messages and lead in-person and virtual meetings.
* Be a team player, capable of working as a part of a wider team and alone with minimum supervision. Ability to influence and work collaboratively with colleagues outside of own team.
