ABOUT YOU
1. Experience of New Business Sales is essential
2. Sales experience within the construction, environmental services, building services, waste management or aggregates industries
3. Exceptional verbal, active listening and written communications skills
4. Excellent organisational skills and adept at territory management with proven ability to organise your own schedule and prioritise effectively
5. Outstanding negotiation, advisory and influencing skills.
6. Tenacity, a positive mind-set and a can-do attitude
7. Meticulous with good numeracy, literacy and analytical skills
8. Embraces teamwork, contributing to the overall team success through delivery of personal targets & fostering effective team relationships
Area Sales Manager: Key Responsibilities:
9. Managing and engaging with your customers to drive sales value growth, adding & demonstrating value to our customers business
10. Developing & growing sales value within existing customers
11. Strong networking skills and able to build relationships easily at varying levels
12. Establish, maintain and expand the customer base by exploring different routes to market
13. Delivering unrivalled, consistent high levels of customer service to your customers
14. To maximise the profitability of customers within your region through the execution of a consultative selling process that demonstrates and adds value to your customers business
15. Acting as an ambassador for the brand and ensuring a feedback loop is created back into the business to help shape the future growth
