Do you have expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint? We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer to support and drive our digital solutions forward - this role can be based out of our Watford or Horsham offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support & Development: Collaborate with our digital team to support applications such as SharePoint (online and on-prem) and Power Platform tools.
* Incident & Problem Management: Efficiently handle Power Platform and SharePoint-related issues.
* Change Management: Lead automation projects, converting manual processes into optimized digital workflows.
* Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor digital architecture to address emerging issues preemptively.
* Workflow Management: Develop and manage Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365 integration.
* Global Collaboration: Engage with international colleagues for cohesive service management.
* Guidance & Expertise: Provide Power Platform support, training, and best-practice advice to end-users.
Desired Qualifications:
* Accredited MS Power Platform and SharePoint certifications are preferred.
Skills:
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Experience with Power Pages, Power BI, Azure Portal, Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agent, CoE Tool Kit, and Microsoft SharePoint 16 & 19.
* Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Fx, Appenate, Microsoft Windows Server OS, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
* Familiarity with Web Services, Nintex Workflow, Sharegate, ITIL frameworks, and IT Service Management tools.
