So, what are we looking for?
As an Account Manager at Beep, we’re looking for an abundance of positive energy. An inspiration who will take our client experience to new heights. You’ll join a kick-ass team of superheroes, each with their own strengths and powers. Feeding off each others’ talent and our clients’ challenges, you will slot right in and level up our creative offerings around the world.
In short, you are a natural in organizing clients and studio teams to generate exceptional results while building an effective, efficient, and consistent client experience.
1. Develop, nurture and manage strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
2. Understand our clients' objectives, document and follow up on important actions and feedback from client meetings.
3. Organize and lead regular client meetings, providing an indispensable client experience. Identify new business opportunities and how we can support our clients' objectives.
4. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consciously reviewed, delivered on time, and within budget.
5. Prepare clear and concise briefs for our designers and developers, collaborating with our in-house teams to ensure projects are scoped and planned accurately.
6. Help review procedures and processes to ensure we are offering the best possible client experience.
