Expeditor
We are pleased to be partnered with an international supplier of CNC machined parts into the oil & gas, petrochemical, and renewables markets. They're experiencing continued growth, making this a great time to be joining this expanding business with job security and future progression all on offer.
We are seeking an experienced administrator or expeditor who has experience working in an engineering or manufacturing field.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with the manufacturing department.
2. Ensuring stock availability.
3. Working closely with the purchasing and sales department.
4. Expediting purchase orders to ensure the delivery of materials, supplies, and subcontracted products meet project deadlines.
5. Producing documentation for the manufacturing department.
6. Material planning.
7. Identifying and reporting on any delays.
8. Providing regular updates to all departments - Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales.
9. Maintaining accurate records of order status.
10. Identifying areas for process improvements.
11. Booking deliveries.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Must have proven experience as an Expeditor.
2. Must be proactive.
3. Must have excellent communication skills.
4. Must have MRP / ERP experience.
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
6. Must be a data-driven candidate.
Benefits:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:30am - 5pm (Mon - Friday)
25 days + 8 Bank Holidays
