SALARY RANGE: £32,654 to £35,954 pa - pro rata for hours worked

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Responsible for providing a comprehensive utility bills recharge service to tenants and leaseholders.
* Work closely with Finance Team and the budget holder to ensure adequate annual accruals and profiling of spend against budgets is completed within the specified time frames.
* Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure that meters are read regularly whilst monitoring and investigating the Flat block’s energy consumption and acting accordingly.
* Provide a consistent approach to scrutinising and challenging utility invoices with providers and lead on reviews and developments of any new policies and procedures relating to utility charges management.
