£23000.00 - £24000.00 per annum + Flexible onsite working hours
A great permanent opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to join a well-established company based in the Chepstow area.
This is a full-time office-based role, however there is flexibility on the hours and part-time hours (3 days per week) would be considered.
Duties Include:
1. Answering the telephone system, dealing with queries, taking messages, and passing through to the relevant person.
2. Front of house meeting and greeting clients on arrival, making everyone feel welcome.
3. Making appointments and organising diaries.
4. Managing email and mail correspondence, maintaining records along with administration duties for the team.
Skills Needed:
1. A front of house, welcoming, friendly, and warm individual.
2. Background dealing with customers with a smile.
3. General administration experience.
