Job Description
The Associate will work alongside the Senior Agent to strategically manage the day to day of a small roster of talent.
They will play a key role in growing and developing InterTalent’s share of business in the Broadcast, Digital, Branding and Entertainment sector by partnering with our clients to create an innovative, collaborative and operational environment in which each and all can reach their fullest potential.
A key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business. The successful applicant will be working within our unrivalled team to support our clients in reaching their full potential in finding opportunities through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Agent in strategically managing a small roster of talent.
* Manage a high volume of brand partnerships as well as deals that span podcasts, radio, publishing, live events, IP creation.
* Access leading decision makers in the industry.
* Client Retention – support the strategy created by the Senior Agent by carrying out the talent’s day to day.
* Client Recruitment – focus on evolving a small list of your own talent with high potential and high revenue earning.
* Share all information with the wider unscripted team.
* High level negotiations (with full support) for all relevant clients.
Person Specification
* Significant Talent Management experience.
* Proven track record.
* Proven ability to retain top level clients.
* Strong industry knowledge and ability to use own initiative.
* Clear and compelling communications skills.
* Ability to build strong partnerships and deliver commercial results.
* Highly levels of energy and motivation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment.
* Management duties include: diary management, travel logistics, artist liaison, social media management, content creation, financial admin e.g. invoicing and contracts, attendance and accompanying the clients to TV records, photo shoots, events and red carpets, deal negotiation, proactive pitching and suggesting clients for new work, taking meetings with industry contacts.

* Outstanding communication skills.
* Flawless organisational skills.
* Good writing style and ability to construct compelling pitches, documents/decks.
* A desire for a career, not a 9-5 attitude.
* Able to work and learn under fast past conditions.
* A willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
* A genuine interest and good knowledge of the arts, entertainment and popular culture.
* A good understanding of social media and how to leverage and use the platforms.
* Ability to create career strategy and critical pathways for you to execute on behalf of your clients, based on you and your clients shared vision and goals.
