Over the next century, the craftsmanship was handed down through the generations, until the company was re-established as Robertson Technical in 2000 as ‘fine jewellers’ of architectural hardware for the Prime residential market.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Office Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reporting to the Directors ensuring that all company tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also managing a team of staff members.
What will you be doing?
1. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
2. Hold staff accountable and provide guidance to enhance their performance.
3. Report to Directors on KPI's and day to day issues.
4. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
5. Identify and pursue new and existing business opportunities to expand our quote bank and orders fulfilment.
6. Supervise and manage the business development team to ensure targets are met.
