A growing and ambitious company in the property and investment sector is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to establish and develop its financial reporting function. Based in Macclesfield, this is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to design and implement financial processes from the ground up.
As the business continues to expand, the Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, standardising processes, and providing valuable insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
* Establish financial reporting across multiple entities and projects, including management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and project cost analysis.
* Develop and refine financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Partner with commercial and procurement teams to support decision-making.
* Implement automation and best practices to enhance data accuracy and financial workflows.
