We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Maintenance Account Coordinator to assist our Technical Department with the administration and coordination of maintenance accounts, reporting, and technical documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works, preparing PPM reports, arranging quotes, and scheduling client account visits. They will also assist with the coordination of minor works projects, such as health checks, software updates, and system upgrades.
We are looking for someone who can efficiently manage these responsibilities while fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
