A leading, national business based in Gloucester are looking to train qualified electricians to become Electrical Trainers or domestic ventilation trainers, or solar PV trainers or SSSTS trainers for apprentice electricians within an award winning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become an electrical trainer and you’ll be mentored by other team members.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Training learners in both the workplace and classroom setting
Providing constructive feedback and support to learners to help them meet the required standards
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Collaborating with the training team to develop and improve assessment materials
Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Good communication skills nurturing and encouraging person
A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
Happy to undergo a DBS check
Full driving licence
My client is offering an annual salary starting at £32k DOE, for electricians with no lecturing experience or up to £38k for experienced electrical trainers
