Zero One INT LTD i s seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Admin. As a key part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining smooth administrative processes and support daily operations in our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments
* Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
* Organizing and maintaining company documents and records
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
* Coordinating with other departments and supporting team members
* Managing office supplies and ordering necessary materials
* Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Working Hours:
* Flexible working hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Salary: £13 per hour
