Job summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive full-time Recruitment and Workforce Administrator to join our team here at Inclusion. You will be one of a team responsible for providing a high quality Recruitment administration and support service to Inclusion's senior managers and service leads, as well as maintaining and managing documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams. In this role you will utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide an administration function which will support the smooth running of Inclusion. This will include actioning and responding to requests on the team's shared mailboxes, creating new job adverts and liaising with employees within the trust, minute taking, supporting with recruitment queries and assisting with on-going recruitment needs. Main duties of the job The post-holder will provide administrative support to service types and SMT as directed, attending meetings where appropriate with the Care Group teams to support and develop knowledge to enable successful implementation and mobilisation of new processes, systems and services. You will create, maintain and manage documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams and support teams and managers in providing administrative information to support best practice in respect of managing individuals and teams.
