Service Administrator Vacancy - Warrington Commercial Vehicle Dealership
1. Basic Salary circa £25,000
2. 42.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday - flexible start/finish times between 7am & 6pm
3. Plus 1 in 3 Saturday morning

A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Service Receptionist and Administrator to join their team, based at their Warrington site.
This critical role supports the profitable operation of their Aftersales division, by being the first point of contact for customers, making bookings and assisting with the invoicing and claims administration.
Key Responsibilities in the Service Administrator role:
5. Maintain a good working relationship with customers by answering the telephone and responding to any queries within the target set by the Company to ensure repeat business.
6. Ensure service bookings received by e-mail are processed Invoice queries / order numbers
Raising estimates & liaising with customers in regards to authorisation for work to be carried out.
7. Raising final cost invoices and Purchase order numbers
8. Provide assistance to the Service Manager as required to ensure the smooth running of the service desk.
9. Invoicing of job cards.
10. Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate administration processes from claim submission to payment.
Experience Required of the Service Administrator:
11. Experience in an automotive service operation or a comparable role.
12. Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration.
13. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
