What you will be doing: Visitor and meeting duties, as well as holidays / sickness cover on reception (when needed) to ensure consistent reception cover. Support to general management of the office, e.g. meeting rooms, cleaning, equipment. Office first aid and fire marshal duties. Support to Environment Business Unit team members e.g. resolving hardware, software and kit issues by direction to relevant contacts and ordering of PPE. Offering administrative support to all Business Unit team members – typing / editing documents/presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning. Organising travel arrangements. Maintaining COB and Pipeline data updates (weekly). Supporting payment process of supplier invoices. Ensuring data for timecards and expenses are completed weekly and approved Who we are looking for: Adapts to the team and supports a positive team spirit. Demonstrates the skills and knowledge appropriate for the position (excellent in Microsoft Office and Teams). Understands RPS’ objectives and development plans and significance for own development. Ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring first class presentation skills are displayed on every document.
