Working for an established retail installations business that provides storage and outfitting of specialist retail equipment such as refrigeration cabinets, server counters and food preparation areas. Due to the nature of the industry, candidates must be flexible regarding working hours and willing to travel as the working week will include some Sundays, nights and potentially staying away from home. Key areas of responsibility Deliver quality installation solutions to clients professionally and effectively. Manage issues as they arise and reach a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Provide clear internal communications to the supervisor, including communications on project progress, existing issues, potential issues, suggested ideas of improvement, etc. Work efficiently and cost-effectively. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients. Maintain high standards of professional integrity and respect for others in all dealings with clients, colleagues, suppliers, other professionals and members of the public. Attend appropriate professional training courses/conferences/ meetings. Skills and Experience Must hold a full driving licence. Possess a good understanding in some or all areas of - construction, basic plumbing, carpentry, metal and electrical works. Have experience of working in installation, shop or kitchen fitting would be a distinct advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to undertake personal development as a lot of training will be provided. Flexible and punctual.
