Who we are looking for:
•A registered nurse with post registration experience in the clinical field
•Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group
•Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector
•Demonstrable continuing professional development
•Experience of nurse-led management of long term conditions
•Committed to service user involvement
•Clinical leadership skills
•Skills in leading clinical practice development for client group
•Proven skills in leading, building and influencing a team
About the role:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines
•To work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high quality care
•Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines
•Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures
•Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the inter-professional evidence based care plan
•Where appropriate be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift
