You would need to have or be working towards your NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young Persons workforce
Role
As a Team Leader, you will be expected to assistant the Home Manager and/or Deputy Home Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold inspires guiding principles and values.
You will also be responsible for supporting and managing your team of Support Workers.
You would work within a team to achieve the aims and objectives of the home. Attending young people's meeting and contributing accordingly.
Shift Patterns
Our client offers the following shift patterns:
Term time (week days) - split shifts (morning school run and afternoon school run)
Non Term time and weekends - Long days
You will be expected to complete Sleep in's as part of the shift patterns.
