Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a band 6 pre assessment nurse in the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. The pre-assessment team are passionate about getting it right for patients and their families. Main duties of the job In order to be successful in this post you will need to be an individual that is able to work autonomously, mange your own case load of patients work closely with other staff from all disciplines to ensure a sufficient and effective service. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you understand the role and purpose of pre assessment and have experience of working in a pre-op environment.
