Join us as a Credit Cards Proposition and Engagement Lead in Coutts
* Take on a key role in which you’ll be designing and developing new Cards propositions for the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) customer segments
* You’ll be developing a new customer proposition and associated go-to market strategies to drive adoption, utilisation and impact
* This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders and make a real difference to the customer experience
* This role is being offered for a period of 12 months
* You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend at least two days a week working from the office
What you'll do
As a Credit Cards Proposition and Engagement Lead, you’ll be designing and developing new strategies to equip the frontline with plans and best practice to serve the target segment customers. You’ll be creating collateral to articulate the strategy and vision across our proposition and engaging with product, marketing and customer experience teams to develop new propositions.
Throughout your role, you’ll be leading on and championing the creation of a cohesive customer experience through leveraging skills from a multi-disciplined team.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
* Designing, developing and delivering differentiated customer propositions for target segments and product categories
* Leading a portfolio of projects across the business, with an ongoing focus on returns and alignment to the go-to proposition vision that you'll create
* Working with senior management to develop go-to market strategies for the new propositions, grow the market share, boost retention and share of wallet, customer satisfaction and advocacy for different segments
* Assessing existing propositions, new market opportunities and the iterative development of new propositions
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of project management and disciplines, and experience of collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders. You’ll demonstrate a strong aptitude for strategic thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and solutions as well as analyse colleague and business performance, competitor activity, potential business opportunities and customer behaviours. We’re looking for an expert in the cards market who can demonstrate a deep understanding of how to meet the needs of UHNW and HNW clients. A proven track record of delivering new propositions into the UHNW and HNW segment is a must.
You’ll be able to lead by example, using technology and tools to support developing great customer interactions and flexible ways of working.
You’ll also need:
* Detailed knowledge of products in the marketplace and the ability to keep this knowledge up to date
* The ability to constantly adapt and be flexible to changing business needs, using your initiative to find appropriate solutions to business challenges
* A track record of both proposition and business case development
* A good understanding of research skills and insight generation, with the ability to drive thought leadership
* A delivery track record working collaboratively in and across a large diverse organisation, establishing partnerships across all parts of the business
