You'll be responsible for problem management of the IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving incidents. Youll be part of a team providing the best possible levels of service What youll be doing Responsible for problem management of IT infrastructure ensuring the root causes of incident are identified and resolved You will undertake complex installations, changes, patches, maintenance, decommissioning and secure disposal of infrastructure Monitor the external environment and gather intelligence on emerging technology and that support the improvement of our service to the force The must haves Hold a degree in a Technology subject (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or a professional qualification in a relevant subject or have work experience to an equivalent level Experience of investigating, identifying and being responsible for resolving complex technical issues Experience of managing all aspects of implementation and technical management of enterprise systems and infrastructure Whats in it for you?
