We are currently recruiting for a Service & Sales Coordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Service & Sales Coordinator
1. Input Engineers' worksheets and timesheets into SAP systems.
2. Generate invoices.
3. Answer phone calls and customer enquiries.
4. Book travel requirements for Engineers.
5. Send out service contracts and quotes to customers.
6. Keep service contracts up to date including renewals.
7. Quoting customer technical upgrades.
8. Support service and sales manager.
Requirements for a successful Service & Sales Coordinator
1. Previous sales admin experience.
2. Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office and SAP CS Module.
3. Experience organizing engineers' travel requirements for the UK and Ireland including booking hotels, flights, ferries, and cars.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Experience generating invoices.
6. Attention to detail.
