Account Manager/Project Manager - Signage
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: DOE
Company: A leading large format and signage company.
Role: Responsible for managing account and/or projects from initial concept to completion - through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service.
1. Serves as the main day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
2. Project Management of signage and graphic requirements, ensuring all key dates in the project critical path are met
3. Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
4. Conducting Site Surveys and providing quotations
5. Answering client queries, dealing with issues, and managing client expectations
6. Liaising directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the production process runs smoothly
7. Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
8. Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
9. Managing creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget
10. Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
11. Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
12. Visiting clients on and off site
Requirements:
1. Experience working within the print industry - signage / graphics / large format
2. Hold excellent customer service / account management experience
3. Experience working within a signage / graphics agency or manufacturer or in the construction industry
4. A professional and approachable manner
5. Client driven with the ability to anticipate customer needs
6. Experience estimating and completing quotes
7. A high level of attention to detail and a passion for quality, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved and maintained
8. Confidence in your own ability and effective communication at all levels
9. Thrive under pressure during peak periods of work
