Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)\nLocation: Wembley (Commercial Office Site)\nSalary: £40,000 – £42,000\nHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nCall Out: 1 in 4 rota (£150 standby rate)\n\nI'm working with a well-established facilities management company that is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias for a large commercial office site based in Wembley. This is a full-time, permanent position working as part of a close-knit on-site team.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou’ll be part of a team of three engineers (1 Supervisor and 1 fellow Electrical Engineer), carrying out a mix of PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance tasks across a large and busy site. Due to the nature of the building, there is a consistent flow of work and varied systems to maintain.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Electrical maintenance across the site, including lighting, distribution boards, and circuits\n\n * \n\n Servicing and testing of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting\n\n * \n\n Carrying out PPM schedules, fault finding, and day-to-day repairs\n\n * \n\n Responding to reactive maintenance issues and call-outs as required\n\n * \n\n Working collaboratively within a small, experienced team\n\n * \n\n Assisting with first-time resolution and keeping the site fully operational\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Qualified electrically (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with commercial building experience\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of building systems and electrical compliance\n\n * \n\n Experience with fire alarms, emergency lighting, and general electrical maintenance\n\n * \n\n Comfortable working within a team and independently when needed\n\n * \n\n Willingness to take part in the 1-in-4 call-out rota\n\nNext Steps:\n\nThis role includes a first-stage site visit, giving you a great opportunity to see the scope of the site and meet the team before moving forward in the process.\n\nIf you're an experienced electrical engineer looking for a stable role with varied responsibilities on a well-run site, I’d be happy to talk through the opportunity in more detail
