Interim HR Officer/HR Coordinator
* Day Rate: £120-£148 per day (could be more via Umbrella)

Reed HR have partnered with a company in Kent who are seeking a temporary HR Officer/HR Coordinator to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and has a strong background in human resources with a few years’ experience. The successful candidate will support our HR department in day-to-day operations as well as various project-based work.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist with recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and organising candidate interviews.
* Support the HR team in the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and new starter packs.
* Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
* Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
* Help organise training & development initiatives.
* Provide payroll processing backup support.
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
* Coordinate meetings and interviews etc..
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR officer or other HR position at this level.
* Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
* Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
* Strong ethics and reliability.
* HR credentials (e.g.CIPD qualified or working towards it) are preferred.
