Credit Legal Administrator
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Calverton, Nottingham /Hybrid working
Monday to Friday 8 am-4 pm, 36.25 hours
Contract length: January to March 2025
As a Credit Legal Administrator, you will complete credit, legal system, and administration processes. You will work as part of a team and conduct a variety of tasks depending on workload and customer requirements. You will liaise closely with our external partners regarding B2B customer payments, recording and tracking account activity, and transmitting documents with high accuracy.
Duties will include:
* Referring legal cases to third-party debt collection
* Organising legal documents and evidence
* Ensuring delivery deadlines are met
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in multiple countries daily via email
* Using translation software to translate documents
* Ensuring all processes are carried out to a high standard and meeting standard operating process
* Maintaining high accuracy in data and reporting
* Proactively seeking solutions to problems
Skills and Experience required:
* 2 years minimum experience in administration plus experience in a legal or credit setting
* Able to work to a consistently high level of accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
* Excellent communication skills over email, phone, and Zoom
* SAP experience is desirable
* Confident working in a multilingual environment – an additional European language would be a bonus (particularly French or Italian!)
