Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and personal development
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure student comprehension
* Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
Relevant degree or certification in Education or Special Education
Experience:
Prior experience working as an SEN tutor or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN educational strategies and interventions
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Special Education or related field
* Experience using assistive technology in educational settings
Working Conditions:
Flexible hours based on student needs, potential travel to different locations, collaboration with other educational professionals and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
