On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Bridgwater in the UK. The company produces and distributes chemical products such as lubricants, cleaners and anti-corrosion products with a wide range of industrial applications, including in the automotive and electronics sectors.
THE ROLE
The role is to execute Human Resources and organizational activities covering personnel support and management support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administer new employee processes: data entry, setup communication, announcement drafting and new hire details for EMEIA HQ.
2. Manage holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records.
3. Monitor employee absences and ensure return-to-work forms are completed.
4. Process and file holiday entitlements.
5. Manage UK recruitment processes: create JDs, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations.
6. Induct new employees.
7. Liaise with external recruitment parties.
8. Manage international communications: emails and noticeboard postings.
9. Organize annual staff handbook updates.
10. Gather and process salary review proposals.
