About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR, Compliance and Governance Manager to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our compliance, governance and HR functions, ensuring that we remain compliant with all regulatory, legal and HR standards.
The role involves providing guidance and support to employees at all levels, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as law, human resources or business administration
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
