About the role
We are looking for individuals who will enjoy delivering high quality clinical and personal care alongside joining in activities, with high staff/children ratios allowing for you to make a real difference and make memories. You will be part of a multi disciplinary team including nurses, nursing associates, HCA’s, activities coordinators and a child and family support team. You will work as part of a 24/7 rota with the choice to work short and long shifts.
We have a mixture of adult, learning disability and paediatric nurses working in the care team and value all the different skills that nurses bring. You do not need to have experience of working in palliative care or paediatrics as we offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme along with inhouse training which can be delivered to support staff to achieve clinical skills and confidence.
This role will provide you with job satisfaction, knowing that every day you have given exceptional care. You will be provided with numerous development opportunities and will see what an exciting career palliative care can be.
