* AAT Level 3 or equivalent industrial experience.
* Experience in accounting software (Xero is preferred).
* Ability to work as part of a team and effectively and confidently communicate.

* Excellent organisational skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure on own initiative in a fast-paced environment or as a team.
* Extensive experience using computers including Microsoft package.
* Task driven and self-motivated.

* Ability to prioritise and have a flexible approach.
* To represent Trans-Sport.tv in a responsible manner being polite and courteous at all times upholding our high standard of services and work in line with our core values.
Key Tasks...
* Manage sales invoice process including debt management.
* Work with the Executive Team to prepare and review annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals by preparing a monthly financial dashboard to provide insights and track key financial metrics.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliation.
* Prepare and submit VAT, HMRC and Tax documentation in compliance with regulations.
* Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
* Effectively maintain and manage utility accounts.
* Work with third party and internal functions to identify R&D opportunities.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations, improved efficiencies and overall effectiveness within the company.
* Keep up to date with new legislation appropriate to role.
* Comply with Health and Safety legislation, Codes of Practice and the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
* Undertake any training as required.
* Undertake any other tasks that may be required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.08 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25.5 per week
