What you´ll get to do
Working across a geographic region, you will be fully flexible and based across multiple retailer store groups and locations, including the full range of Puig fragrance brands, and our exciting new Make-up brands and products!
You will report to the Regional Retail Manager and the primary focus of your role is to provide Account Manager / Business Manager level support where the business requires you. You will often be working as a stand-alone Account Manager / Business Manager and therefore you will need to demonstrate agility in your approach to the working week, which can sometimes change at short notice.
You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include fragrance accounts and make-up accounts, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. As a Multi-Store Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in. Each Store group has its own individual and unique Service Standards that you will be expected to deliver every time.

* Make-up Artistry Experience: Ideally, you will have level 3 / pro make-up artistry skills and experience or at least a very strong background and experience working with make-up brands and delivering artistry.

This is about listening to and understanding customer needs in order to provide the unique service to meet those needs. It’s forming a connection with customers to create loyalty and a memorable experience.
* Retail expertise: This means ensuring there is sufficient stock for the needs of the business, visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all times, and POS elements are up to date. It’s having good awareness of competitors’ products and marketing activities.
* Amazing product knowledge: This means having up-to-date knowledge of all Puig brands and in-depth knowledge of Puig brands in their store. It’s having good awareness of competitor brands.
* Excellent communication skills: This means using effective communication techniques by adapting your communication style to suit the person in order to establish a rapport of trust and integrity. It’s having the ability to ensure full understanding of what is being communicated.
* Energy and embrace positive team spirit: This means working together with others as opposed to doing things individually. It involves the desire to contribute to the team and to foster a spirit of collaboration with fellow team members (e.g. store contacts, Puig colleagues). This means using good communication techniques to ensure good information flow and visibility with all relevant colleagues.
