Our client is urgently seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager/PT Bookkeeper to provide long term sickness cover. ASAP Start (Ideally WC 20.10.24) through to end of Feb 2025 with possible extension 22.5 hours a week with flexible hours Perfect role for someone wishing to work in beautiful surroundings in a rural location for an organisation in the charity sector. Essentially we are seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager/Bookkeeper who is QBE/qualified/part-qualified and comfortable working in a stand-alone with full responsibility for processing all elements of accounts and payroll including the production of monthly management accounts. The role works very closely with the General Manager and has interaction with all the SLT. Suited to somebody looking for a working environment which are caring, empathetic and supportive. 22.5 hrs per week and fully flexible how these are completed. Part-Time Finance Manager Skills & Experience Qualified or part-qualified or QBE finance manager/book-keeper (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) able to manage full accounts process including production of management accounts. Experience working in an SME environment (Turnover circa £1.5m). Payroll experience - all monthly processes Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Budgets, forecasts and cashflow Bank Reconciliations Monthly Management Account Production Year end processes Must be proficient in Sage 50 and Sage Payroll Competent user of Excel Must be a car driver - based in the office.
