Job Title: Apprentice Arborist – Tree Care Team
What you will be doing:
This role begins with a focus on ground-based tasks and progresses to more complex activities as the candidate gains experience and qualifications. The work is dynamic, and employees will initially handle tasks such as:
* Clearing branches and debris
* Feeding the wood chipper
* Refilling and sharpening saws
As skills and confidence grow, the employee will have the chance to take on additional responsibilities, including:
* Climbing
* Pruning
* Felling trees
Qualifications:
* No formal qualifications are required
* Must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to the yard or work sites
* The candidate must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the job
