We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to gain valuable experience within a professional and dynamic environment.
Duties include:
Reception tasks including greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
Answering and directing calls
Managing incoming/outgoing mail
Covering reception during breaks
Administrative support to the secretarial team, including preparing documents, filing and data entry
General office duties including scanning and photocopying documents
Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are tidy, loading the dishwasher, offering refreshments to visitors We are looking for someone with:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6-12 months office experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
