Customer Service Representative role in Hampton, Peterborough, with a focus on resolving technical incidents and providing excellent customer service.
Job Description:
* Location: Hampton, Peterborough
* Pay: £14.84 per hour, increasing to £15.44 after 3 months
* Contract: 3 months + potential extensions
* Hours: 7.5 hours a day, 2 weekends a month
Required Skills:
* Extensive customer service experience
* Ability to complete calls and make bookings
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent English language skills (speaking and typing)
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
* GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English
* IT certification desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
* Update incidents logged on the Incident Management system
* Provide technical solutions within Service Level Agreements
* Keep customers informed on incident or request status and progress
* Escalate incidents where a first-time fix is not possible
* Adhere to Incident management procedures
* Monitor, progress, and resolve incidents while ensuring customer satisfaction
* Keep up to date with current standard procedures
* Proactively maintain and develop knowledge, skills, and experience
* Escalate potential service issues and problem issues
* Contribute to team meetings
