Motor Claims Handler
We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join a company at a period of growth. You will be working within an experienced claims team and will receive continuous training in different lines of insurance risk to become an experienced claims handler.
Where: Office Based – Morley, Leeds (LS27)
When: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
What you will be doing:
* Managing claims from across different areas, including motor, property and liability, ensuring that the service customers receive is met or exceeded.
* Managing your own workload and diary system for all claims, ensuring that any claims are chased as required.
* Updating and maintaining the database.
* Providing different departments and teams with information and reports relating to the claims.
* Ensuring that clients and insurers are always kept up to date in relation to the claim.
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in handling motor, property and liability insurance claims.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Highly organised, with a high attention to detail and able to multitask.
