Salary: £12.31 per hour - £12.92 per hour (from 1st April 2025)

About the role:
As a Care Assistant at MHA, you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.

Rushden Park care home provides compassionate nursing care for up to 65 residents in cosy, en-suite accommodation. Nestled in a peaceful residential area near Rushden, Northamptonshire, the home is easily accessible by public transport, with convenient roadside parking for family and visitors.
This welcoming, thoughtfully designed home fosters a warm, safe, and supportive environment, with every detail crafted to promote residents' independence and dignity. Our dedicated team delivers personalised care around the clock, focusing on each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Our Activity Coordinator creates a varied programme that includes arts and crafts, flower arranging, bingo, and quizzes, encouraging residents to enjoy familiar hobbies or explore new ones. A dedicated Chaplain is available for pastoral care, offering comfort and companionship for all faiths.
With spacious front and rear gardens, Rushden Park provides the perfect setting for a peaceful stroll or a quiet moment outdoors, making it truly feel like home.
About you:
The right values, attitude, and behaviours are more important than your previous career background. Therefore, whilst previous care experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we will provide all the training and support you need to thrive. You don't need any qualifications to get started as a Care Assistant. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
