HR Administrator Salary: c. £32,290 p.a Location: London, Kings Cross Department: Human Resources We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR Department in all administration duties and to provide a quality service to IIS staff. This is a full-time (35 hours a week) fixed-term (12-month) contract, based in the office at The Aga Khan Centre (AKC). You will report to the Head of HR, and will be working in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities: Arranging meetings and diary management. Recruitment administration such as sending invites to interviews, regret emails, and possibly placing adverts. Preparing contracts of employment, Volunteer contracts, consultancy contracts, Honorarium letters and other letters from HR. Managing the HR SharePoint site. Working with HRBP to create an electronic filing system for HR. Updating the CIPHR HR System. Requirements: Experience of administration work in any sector, preferably education. Previous HR experience is preferred. Excellent time management, multitasking, and task prioritisation abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional organisational, and administrative skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word. Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
