The opportunity: As an IFA Administrator, you will be an essential part of the advice process, supporting a team of skilled financial planners.
This role goes beyond traditional administration—it includes regular client contact and the chance to be an integral part of a business that prides itself on delivering outstanding outcomes for their clients.
Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial planners.
Prepare client documentation and reports with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update client records on financial planning software.
Be a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance operational effectiveness.
About you: We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual with: Experience in IFA administration within a financial planning practice.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with financial planning systems and tools (desirable).
