Location: Skoda Letchworth
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £45k Basic salary, plus an uncapped OTE Bonus Scheme + Company Car

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to join our Skoda store in Letchworth! Lead our busy service department and help us drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction every day. If you’re ready to lead a talented team and make a real impact, this is your chance!
What are the key accountabilities?
* Lead a High-Performing Team – Manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals to achieve excellence
* Drive Results – Ensure maximum productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Report & Analyze – Accurately produce store reports and drive performance improvements
* Deliver Excellence – Ensure all activities meet Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer, and regulatory standards
What experience do I need?
You must have previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager and have a good understading of running a busy parts department.
* Leadership Experience – Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a service environment
* Problem-Solving Skills – Strong analytical ability to foresee and overcome challenges
* Customer-Focused – A dedication to exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Brand experience would be preferable but is not essential.
