Tamworth House Medical Centre is looking for a long-term locum GP to work 5-6 sessions, days to be agreed. We are a friendly, welcoming, and innovative GP Practice in South West London delivering care to over 9,800 patients, achieving high QOF performance and maintaining a Good CQC rated service.

Main duties of the job
As a locum GP, you will support the four GP partners to manage a busy, interesting clinical caseload ensuring the highest standard of care for all registered and temporary patients. The post-holder will have the opportunity to lead on a key disease area and assist in developing services for our patient list.
The post holder will carry out all the duties reasonably expected of an NHS general practitioner using the standards expected by the GMC and RCGP in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines. Please see the job description for a more detailed specification of this role.

Tamworth House Medical Centre is a general practice in East Merton providing NHS primary care services to over 9,800 patients. We have a well-established team of 4 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses, and a HCA. We are a training practice with medical students, nursing students, GP registrars, and foundation Year 2 Doctors.
Tamworth House Medical Centre is an active member of the East Merton Primary Care Network (EMPCN) and is involved in new projects to change the delivery of Primary Care. We have recruited prescribing pharmacists, paramedics, physician associates, Care Coordinators, and Health and Wellbeing Coaches to expand the care we provide to our patients.

* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
* Inclusion on the NHS England performers list
* Vocational training certificate or equivalent
* Full membership of a medical defence union
* Annual appraisal and revalidation
* Current Hepatitis B immunity
