An experimentation and CRO agency that has just won a major client in the media space, is looking to onboard multiple CRO & A/B Testing Specialists to help a a data-driven experimentation.
As a CRO & A/B Testing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end setup and analysis of A/B tests, ensuring we deliver impactful insights and optimizations. You won’t need to handle UX or design—your focus will be on setting up experiments, defining KPIs, and analyzing results to drive business decisions.
Role and responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee A/B and multivariate tests.
Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct in-depth analysis using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Contentsquare to uncover opportunities.
Utilize Optimizely (or similar tools like AB Tasty) for test setup and execution.
Interpret test results, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure experiments align with business goals.
Skills and experience
Proven experience in A/B testing and CRO strategy.
Hands-on expertise with Optimizely, AB Tasty, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Contentsquare.
Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into business recommendations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agency or client-side environment.
